Job description
Are you ready to make a significant impact in the dynamic world of fire and general insurance? Marble Insurance is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Commercial Broker. In this position, you'll collaborate closely with senior brokers to manage and expand client portfolios within the fire and general insurance sector.
About the role
- Partnering with senior brokers to analyse client needs, identify risks, and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
- Building and nurturing relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Contributing to the growth and development of the client base through proactive outreach and networking efforts.
- Staying informed about industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to enhance service delivery.
About you
- Demonstrated experience in commercial insurance, preferably with a minimum of 2 years in the field as a Commercial Broker.
- Hold a Level 5 NZ Financial Services Qualification.
- Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to contribute to a growing business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
